A Few Thoughts About Life In General

It is strange to me that in America it is perfectly legal to kill babies by aborting them but it is a crime to sell fresh wholesome raw milk that comes straight from a cow. Abortion is business....selling healthy raw milk is criminal.    Strange ! ! !

I liked wars in the old days better than these modern times.  They seemed to have a better system back then.  It used to be that if you were convicted for committing crimes you had a choice of joining the armed services or going to war to serve your country in exchange for your prison time.  They don't afford you that luxury these days.  Today, if you enlist in the service they pay for your schooling so that you can further your education.  So, it seems that brawn has given way to brains.  This is a bit sad if you think about it.  Wouldn't you rather have some crazy, husky, burly, incompetent criminal protecting your country and fighting for your so-called freedom, rather than some stuffy Ivy league prissy scholar with a silver spoon and high I.Q. ?  They've turned war into an intellectual pursuit.
What next ?

Game show hosts are a funny lot.  They earn millions of dollars for cheering on and supporting participants in their attempt to solve second-grade problems, while people all across the world sit hypnotized in front of their t.v. sets intently observing and cheering them on as well.  For half an hour the world is half-dazed in watching some nim-wit attempting to spell "elephant" before the bell goes off.   I can only imagine the game show host long after retirement and and trying to contemplate the deeper meanings of life before entering the next dimension he was told would be heaven.   I wonder if he will feel a sense of achievement and fulfillment in the life he has just lived.  I wonder if he feels he will be rewarded for the huge responsibility he had accepted and the great accomplishment he has made to mankind and the world by cheering on some sorry sap into spelling e-l-e-p-h-a-n-t.

In my life I've had to eliminate and dissolve the stresses and strangle-holds the various societal institutions have impinged upon my mother and father.  I've had to atone for the sins of my parents to ultimately reach a liberation that they themselves were not able to experience.
